PR #327 added a main-only authority freshness gate while deliberately retaining the previous lock. This repin binds the signed main merge
8c3d7354ca86cce864029d3586356eaaf07908f0(tree34689f03042dee69d71f999114f569d9784e04a4) so CI can execute its pinned guard and verify the shipped tree.Updates only the conformance lock, its explicit test expectations, and the documented authority revision/tree. All 25 harness file entries and 10 production deltas are checked against the merge commit; only the CI workflow blob and SHA-256 change. Governed source/workflows and unrelated producer/SDK pins are unchanged.
Validation: typecheck and lint passed; 12 freshness tests and 95 lock tests passed (1 lock test skipped). Independent review verified all 35 manifest entries, ancestry, tree, and unchanged unrelated pins. Both the direct guard and the exact pinned CI shell step pass at signed head
45326eb7c95c6d2abed7d29ab17972fbb5d0a72d. Final delivery requires this PR to merge and the freshness step plus required CI to pass on the resulting main commit.Follows #327; refs #324. This is authority freshness verification, not protected cross-repository conformance acceptance.
