Rework the OpenCoven/ui specimens site to follow the layout and homepage pattern of xxtomm/spell-ui, a shadcn-style component library, using OpenCoven's own content and components. The site gains a new homepage, a specimens page, a code block, a site stylesheet, and a specimens hook. The visual, mobile, and contract review scripts are updated to match. A specimen-site test covers the new pages. Format, lint, typecheck, and unit tests pass. The last visual and mobile reviews were not yet passing (visual 8/10, mobile 4/14), so the responsive and accessibility follow-ups are still open.
