…ython support; docu com8 and coom9 - Removed `.pep8speaks.yml` due to discontinued use. - Updated `pyproject.toml` to drop Python 3.8 support and adjusted `cibuildwheel` version constraint. - Added experimental documentation for `com8MoTPSA` and `com9MoTVoellmy` modules.
