### Description This PR transfers the config files list found [here](https://docs.opennebula.io/7.2/software/upgrade_process/configuration_management_ee/appendix/) from markdown into a CSV, with a shortcode to generate the table. A helper script is also added to compare the CSV with the config files of an OpenNebula Front-end deployment. ### Branches to which this PR applies - [x] master

Description
