We had a hiccup with our CI system and the 9.0.0-beta3 packages weren't released. In addition, a 9.0.0 release was published to [clojars](https://clojars.org/org.openvoxproject/puppetserver) with the 9.0.0-beta3 changes. 9.0.0-beta4 just republishes the 9.0.0-beta3 changes.
