Summary
Adds a new documentation page for RWA Wizard under the Stellar ecosystem's Open Source Tools section, alongside Role Manager and UI Builder. The page follows the same structure as the Contracts Wizard page: an embedded tool, a features overview, usage instructions, and TypeScript API references.
