Render 2 column interleaving by defaul

Currently the formatter renders 2 columns in v2 event types as top down leftColumn first, then rightColumn. Expectation by consumers row by row interleaving, e.g. left[0], right[0], left[1], right[1].

Action:

• In v2 generateUISchema
  • Refactor the forEach loops in createSectionLayout with a single interleave
  • Ensure collection field types render the same way

Expectation:

• v2 event types with 2 columns display interleaved
