Resolves Dependabot #24 (@types/node 25.6.0 → 26.1.1) on current main.
Bumped in all 5 declaring package.json files; lockfile regenerated. No source changes needed (anticipated TS7022 errors did not materialize).
Delegated fix, verified: reference-implementation typecheck 0 errors, 6712 tests pass. For maintainer review. Supersedes #24.
