Nightblade still counts Crit Multi as it was in PoE 3.15.0 it appears

...while in PoB Calcs we see its just 95% applies

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add Nightblade to any supported active skill
2. Enable elusive in Configuration
3. Check Calcs for Crit Multi % that applied

I'm no expert on elusive stuff, but Nightblade is correctly applying the crit multi. The thing is it's affected by buff effect on you. The breakdown doesn't show this very well though. I'm assuming you have reduced effect of buffs on you somewhere in your build. A blank build shows 171 multi, as it also considers the length of the elusive in the config.
