.claude/ and root CLAUDE.md were already gitignored; this removes the !libraries/*/CLAUDE.md exception so the per-library quickstarts are local-only too. Files kept on disk (untracked), not deleted. (cherry-picked from local 2308a26, resolved against current main)

Re-applies Francesco's local commit 2308a26 (2026-06-10) on top of current main: removes the
!libraries/*/CLAUDE.mdgitignore exception and untracks the two per-library CLAUDE.md quickstarts. Files stay on disk, untracked. Follows up #128/#130 which already pointed references at AGENTS.md / CONTRIBUTING.md.
