This pull request adds
ccsds_reader_pipeline.pyinto a newpipelinesubpackage.This addition was based on the original from
/psp/code/; however, I ran pre-commit to perform trustworthy changes viaruff formatandruff check --fix, and then added comments to ignore existingruff checkerrors. I debated about adding it unchanged, but decided that diffs would be easier later on if all the things were ruff formatted and ruff checked. I probably won't regret this later. 😅I added some import tests with
importlibto make sure that everything can get imported.
