Delete rows reported by PRAGMA foreign_key_check so doctor apply repairs detached summary_edges and summary_state rows alongside the existing message, part, and event cleanup paths. Refresh all FTS indexes after orphan or malformed event cleanup to avoid leaving stale rows behind after a scoped repair. Add regression coverage for detached summary references, orphan session rows, and malformed event payloads.
