The guides on docs.poly.ai now use api.studio.poly.ai, where a workspace API key from studio.poly.ai works. Keys from a regional Studio still need that region's host, set through the existing override. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Moves the default host from
api.us.poly.aitoapi.studio.poly.ai, to match the guides moving onto docs.poly.ai in PolyAI-LDN/polyai-mintlify-doc#647.A workspace API key from studio.poly.ai only works against api.studio.poly.ai. Keys from a regional Studio (US, EU, UK) still need that region's host, set through the existing override.
