The CONSep dataset has been missing for a while now. Issues such as #1542 and Project-MONAI/MONAI#5412 have been tracking this without resolution.

I have something marked as consep stored on a server that appears to be this dataset, but we'd have to verify it was indeed the dataset and was released under Apache 2.0. We can then rehost on huggingface.
