Adds a troubleshooting entry for the Windows message "This module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority" (usually Apple Bonjour's mdnsNSP.dll).

  • It's Windows' LSA protection refusing another program's file. PowerDeck doesn't install or load anything into LSA.
  • It can show more often once PowerDeck is installed, because setup turns Fast Startup off: every power-on is a full start, and that's when Windows shows it.
  • What to do: uninstall Bonjour if nothing needs it, or update the app that installed it. Keep LSA protection on, and don't register the file as an LSA package.

Docs only.

…rity Authority" message

It's Windows refusing another program's file (usually Apple's Bonjour
mdnsNSP.dll), not PowerDeck. It shows more often after install because
Fast Startup is off, so every power-on is a full start.
