publishing-v15 sends each release request to the library index (PyDevices/lib, on GitHub Pages) as well as the mip index. The mip index still takes finals only; the library index takes every release. Both audioinstruments and audioeffects are requested, as before. The publish workflow's inputs are unchanged.
