The Effect controls page showed these four effects' spans as bare numbers. Each now names its units (
_MACRO_UNITS), so the page reads "300 ms to 0.02 ms" and "600 Hz to 6 kHz" like the rest. The page is regenerated, andtest_metadata_contractholds it to the classes.
