• For small scale simulation section, I think it would still be good to use a fakebackend for noisy simulation
• Can we break out prereq/learning outcomes based on recent template update
• Suggested update first learning outcome "How the aforementioned error mitigation techniques are selectively implemented on hardware."
• I suggest above bullet point, as resilience levels are an alternative way to implement. I think it may be worth highlighting resilience levels 0,1,2 in the background. e.g. "This tutorial explores the error suppression and error mitigation options available with the Estimator primitive from Qiskit Runtime. This tutorial shows how to implement each of the follow methods individually..[your bullet points].... Alternatively, one can use resilience levels 0,1,2 which does ____"
• in addition to mthree docs, perhaps worth highlighting the mthree tutorial directly: https://github.com/Qiskit/documentation/blob/main/docs/tutorials/readout-error-mitigation-sampler.ipynb
