This is not ready yet because external tooling hasn't caught up. But the idea I had while working on #1521 :
pylock.tomlfile for each dependency group withuvpip, restrict based on the lock fileRight now step 2 is not there yet. Of course, we could use
uvfor everything but I will wait for the built-inpipsupport.
