PR #62 mixed repository guidance with several unrelated skill behavior changes. This focused PR makes the contributor instructions cheaper to load:
CLAUDE.mdpoints to the README catalog and keeps only repository-wide invariants, while the pre-0.3 KB migration procedure moves to an on-demand document. This follows OpenAI's Rethinking skills and prompts for GPT-6 Astra, specifically progressive disclosure and task-relevant repository instructions. It is the documentation slice split from #62 after review feedback.
