fix(sql-workspace): status bar shows another tab's stats and repeats the row count #1479

Closed

Description

@ZhuchkaTriplesix

Problem

The status bar keeps the numbers of another tab. Run SELECT 1 in Query 1, open a new empty Query 2: the bar still says 1 row(s)., 2 ms, 1 rows, 1 cols, while the results pane says Run a query to see results here.

The same facts are also shown three times after a run: the result bar (8 row(s). + 48 ms), the status bar message (8 row(s).) and the right side of the status bar (8 rows, 6 cols).

Scope

  • The status bar's message and the execution stats follow the active tab: a tab that has not run shows no stats.
  • Show each fact once: rows / time in the result bar, the status bar keeps the message (errors, Statement 3 of 5 failed…) and the connection; drop the duplicated N rows, M cols or the duplicated N row(s).
  • Test: switching to a tab without a result clears the stats.

Found while driving a Linux debug build of dev (UX review, Oct 2026).
