Light theme: SQL workspace toolbar keeps a dark background #1577

What happened

With Theme mode = Light (Querya Light), the SQL workspace toolbar row (Execute, Explain, history/format/open/save icons, Auto-commit chip and the Session selector) stays on a dark background while the rest of the window is light. The icons and labels use light-theme colors, so Explain, the icons and the Auto-commit / Session controls are barely readable on the dark strip.

Expected

The toolbar follows the active theme.

Steps

1. Preferences > Appearance > Theme mode: Light
2. Open any connection (SQLite file is enough) > SQL tab

Environment

0.4.22 (build of dev, aa2ac04), Linux, Wayland, release build. Found while capturing screenshots for the landing page.

Notes

The table grid, sidebar and dialogs are fine in the light theme; only this toolbar row is affected.
