deps: run pub upgrade for in-constraint updates #1585

Summary

flutter pub outdated (Flutter 3.47.1 / Dart 3.13.1) shows packages locked in pubspec.lock below what the current pubspec.yaml constraints already allow. A plain flutter pub upgrade picks them up with no constraint changes.

sqlite3 3.7.0 → 3.7.1, sqflite_common 2.5.13+1 → 2.5.14, sqflite_android 2.4.4 → 2.4.4+1, sqflite_darwin 2.4.4 → 2.4.4+1, synchronized 3.4.2 → 3.5.0, vector_graphics_compiler 1.3.0 → 1.3.1.

Tasks

• flutter pub upgrade (no constraint changes), commit the updated pubspec.lock.
• Read the changelogs for archive 4.5 (used by the updater / unpacking) and mongo_dart 0.10.10.
• CI green on all platforms; the sqlite bump touches the native build hooks.

Out of scope (tracked separately)

• Major bumps that need constraint edits: flutter_secure_storage 11, package_info_plus 10 (with win32 6).
• refresh_rate: deps: replace vendored refresh_rate 1.0.2 with upstream 2.0.1 #1584.
• shadcn_flutter: stays on the vendored 0.0.52, see the removal epic epic(ui): remove shadcn_flutter from the app #1465.
