feat(redis): interactive Redis CLI Terminal Console (#1029)

Summary of Changes

• Interactive Redis CLI Terminal Console: Created RedisCliWorkspace supporting arbitrary raw RESP commands via RedisConnection.sendCommand.
• RESP Formatter: Formats replies into standard RESP representation ((nil), (integer) N, bulk strings, 1-based indexed nested arrays, and (error) ...).
• Timing & Latency: Measured latency per command execution displayed with monospace latency badge.
• Command History: ArrowUp / ArrowDown navigation through past commands with persistent storage in LocalDb across restarts.
• Tab Autocomplete: Tab completion for known Redis command names with interactive suggestion chips.
• Destructive Command Confirmation: Guarded destructive/blocking commands (FLUSHALL, FLUSHDB, SHUTDOWN, wildcard KEYS *) with DestructiveQueryDialog confirmation.
• Explorer & View Integration: Added terminal toggle button in _BreadcrumbBar of RedisExplorerView and CLI Console header button in RedisView.
