docs: add pi05 evo-rl acp experiment report and run scripts

Summary

• add the end-to-end execution plan, runbook, and experiment report for the pi05 Evo-RL ACP workflow
• add reusable smoke, pilot, stage1, stage2, and stage3 run scripts
• capture the validated ROCm/OpenPI/LeRobot setup and output locations

Validation

• the documented workflow was executed end to end
• value-train, value-infer, and pi05 ACP policy-train were validated through stage3
• output checkpoints and logs were generated for the reported runs
