- Fixes failures seen in the nightly build - Use AOMPHIP if provided - Use realpath/../.. since llvm is a symlink - Also set HIPCC as ucc otherwise defaults to /usr/bin/amdclang - Add checkversion for rocmopenmpi, ucx, ucc (avoids unnecessary rebuilds)
