Installation Guide 🛠️

Follow these simple steps to install the extension in Google Chrome or any Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi):

Step 1: Download/Clone the Extension Files

Ensure you have the extension folder containing manifest.json, pages/, scripts/, styles/, and images/ saved on your computer.

Step 2: Open Extensions Page in Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. In the URL bar, type: chrome://extensions/ and press Enter.
3. Alternatively, click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of Chrome ➔ Extensions ➔ Manage Extensions.

Step 3: Enable Developer Mode

In the top-right corner of the Extensions page, toggle the Developer mode switch to ON.

Step 4: Load the Unpacked Extension

1. Click the Load unpacked button in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Browse your computer and select the root folder of the extension (the folder containing manifest.json).
3. Click Select Folder (or Open).

Step 5: Verify the Extension is Active

• You should now see PromptCraft-AI in your list of extensions with its version active.
• Navigate to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to see the new Enhance, Save, and Export buttons along with the custom Size Selector Badge right in the chat workspace.
