   Implemented in #109 and available in v1.12.0 and the web app.

   Use the printer button in the message header or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P to print the displayed email. The printout includes the message header and body without the sidebar or action buttons. It uses a light background even in dark mode, and long messages print across multiple pages.
