This change addresses crashes that occur when configure_project is called for a new project and subsequent history tools are called immediately.
It ensures that configure_project informs the user about the lack of history and that get_global_trajectory and get_session_summary handle empty repositories gracefully.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6773035384000117433 started by @SynTaek

- Updated `configure_project` to check for new initialization and return a specific message.
- Updated `get_global_trajectory` and `get_session_summary` to handle empty repositories gracefully, returning "No history available" instead of crashing.
- Updated tests to handle the new initialization message.
