I build Connected TV apps at Hypersolid: NLZIET on Smart TVs, Chromecast receivers, and the video players underneath them. Most of it is performance work. The devices they run on are older and slower than the machine I write on.

An agent writes the first draft. I work AI-first: the code, the tests, and often the question I had not thought to ask. My time goes to choosing between options, and to deciding what not to build.

I answer for what ships. Nothing goes in that I have not read, and every claim has a check behind it that can fail: a test, a budget, a build that refuses.

Expertise, built into the tools. Rules, prompts and checks that colleagues and agents both run, so accessibility and performance are the default rather than a comment in review.

Trumpet, mostly jazz, which is why VAMP exists. Photography, and a lot of games. On the side: YouTube Swoop, for triaging playlists by swiping cards, and Krysa, a rat-themed planner for a conference week in Prague.
