A writer's revision suite that turns scattered material into a coherent manuscript, then reads it back while learning how you write.
Weaver → Rewriter → Reader. For fiction writers with messy drafts.

I write fiction. Somewhere in the third draft I had what every writer eventually has: a drawer of loose scenes, three versions of the same chapter, notes to myself I could no longer read, and no honest way to tell which pile was the book. Every tool I tried wanted to write it for me. I wanted to read the one I already had.
So I built the bench I needed, and then I built the two stations in front of it. Kaizen Suite is three tools that sit in a row, each one taking the manuscript a little further toward finished. It starts where the work actually is, buried in fragments, and it reads before it speaks.
Weaver → Rewriter → Reader
Your teaching can travel with the book. Each app keeps its own copy, and Pro puts that teaching to work in Rewriter.
|
Find the manuscript in the mess. Weaver takes the pile and works the loose threads into a weave. Variants of a scene lie side by side so you can pick your line, and what you keep it remembers. Free: the complete app on your device, with Google Drive backup. Hosted Reads begin with Pro; you can also use your own Gemini key once you sign in. |
Close the seams. Rewriter reads the whole book and mends what you ask. Each change is checked, recorded, and undoable. Pro puts your teaching to work. Free: 20 Reads and 3 Writes a month. |
Read it the way an editor would. Reader reads your manuscript closely and leaves a mark wherever something is worth a second look. You tell it what you meant, and the next chapter comes back quieter. Free: 10 Chapter Reads, 40 Passage Reads, 20 Writes a month. |
Plenty of tools will rewrite a sentence. Few remember why you kept one line and cut the next. Kaizen keeps that judgment with the book: sources, decisions, teaching, and the history of what changed. Complete archives and handoffs carry the record between apps. With Pro, your teaching travels into Rewriter and on to Reader. That memory is the spine of the thing.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 per app | A monthly hosted allowance in Reader and Rewriter, no key needed. The complete local Weaver, with free Google Drive backup. Complete archives in every app. |
| Pro | $20/mo | The full Pro allowance on the one app you pick. Unused paid allowance rolls over while you stay subscribed. |
| Suite Pro | $30/mo | Pro across all three apps under one subscription. Each app keeps its full Pro allowance. Half the cost of three separate Pros. |
| BYOK | Free, any plan | Your provider bills you and your Kaizen allowance stays untouched. Weaver keeps your Gemini key in your browser; Reader and Rewriter encrypt and store your key on the server. Rewriter also supports your Claude or ChatGPT subscription through Linnea's helper on your computer. |
Reader and Rewriter keep your books privately in your Kaizen account, available wherever you sign in on every plan. Their Google Drive backups happen when you ask. Weaver keeps its Books in this browser, with free optional automatic backup to your own Drive.
Monthly allowances, by app
| App | Free | Pro (and Suite Pro) |
|---|---|---|
| Weaver | Complete local app; 0 hosted Reads | 300 hosted Reads |
| Rewriter | 20 Reads, 3 Writes | 100 Reads, 30 Writes |
| Reader | 10 Chapter Reads, 40 Passage Reads, 20 Writes | 200 Chapter Reads, 500 Passage Reads or Writes (shared pool), 10 Full Reads |
Hosted allowances renew by calendar month. Unused paid allowance rolls over while you stay subscribed. Rewriter also limits hosted attempts at mends, voice passes, and reconciliations to 10 on Free or 100 on Pro in any 24 hours. Bringing a book in and downloading its archive use no hosted allowance. See current pricing for the complete terms.
Reader and Rewriter keep your manuscripts, saved drafts, history, teaching, and complete replies privately under your Kaizen account on Kaizen's Cloudflare storage. Weaver keeps its Books in your browser unless you export them, turn on Drive backup, send a Book to another app, or ask for a provider Read.
When you ask Linnea to read or write, the passage or book and the context the request needs go to the provider. Reader saves the exact request with your book; Rewriter saves your request and the input of each checked step. Both keep the complete reply so finished work can be recovered without asking again. Provider retention and training terms depend on the connection you choose; your own key follows your provider account's terms.
Which tool do I start with?
Wherever your draft actually is. Weaver for a pile of fragments, Rewriter for a rough but whole draft with bad seams, Reader for a finished draft you need to read closely. One station or all three.
How does it learn?
Through your teaching and the record of what you keep, cut, and explain. Weaver keeps that record in your browser; Reader and Rewriter keep it with your account's book. Archives and handoffs carry it between apps, and Pro puts your teaching to work in Rewriter.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Only the named hosted work pauses. Your books, earlier replies, writing, and exports stay open. Hosted allowances renew by calendar month, unused paid allowance rolls over while you stay subscribed, and your own key or supported subscription follows your provider's limits.
What if I cancel Pro mid-month?
Pro stays with you to the end of the billing period, then settles back to Free. Reader and Rewriter books stay in your account, readable and ready to download. Weaver's local Books and Archive stay in your browser. In Rewriter, your teaching stays kept and returns to work with Pro.
Is this safe for unpublished work?
Reader and Rewriter store your book privately under your Kaizen account; Weaver keeps its Books in your browser. Bringing a book in sends nothing to a model. When you ask for AI work, the book or passage and the context it needs go to the provider under that connection's data terms. Read the privacy page before choosing a connection for sensitive work.
I write down what changed in the suite every Sunday, over in the workshop. The name on the door means small acts, compounding. It is the only way I know how to build.
