Feature PRs since v0.9.1 (#677 Keycloak identity module, #655 compatibility registry, #583 TLS certificate contracts, #740 CLI SBOM and release evidence) were merged with plain "Merge pull request #N from branch" commit subjects instead of Conventional Commits "feat:" messages, so git-auto-semver's Version Bump workflow only detected patch-level changes and calculated 0.9.2. Overriding to the minor bump (0.10.0) that Conventional Commits semantics call for given those new features. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
