Upgrade vscode-languageserver and vscode-languageclient to 11, along with the remaining outdated packages. Hold @types/vscode back, since its version should follow engines.vscode rather than the latest VS Code. Remove @unocss/preset-uno from the webview, whose config does not use it.

Summary
Upgrades the outdated workspace dependencies to their latest versions, including
vscode-languageserverandvscode-languageclient11.pnpm outdated -rnow lists only@types/vscode.close()onPipeTransportandSocketTransport. The client usesTransportKind.ipc, and no protocol messages changed. The client still requires only VS Code^1.91.0.rolldownandtsdown: moved together, becausetsdown0.23.7 requiresrolldown~1.3.0 androlldownis pinned exactly.@unocss/preset-uno: removed from the webview, whose config usespresetWind4. It stays in the lockfile as a dependency ofunocss.Not upgraded
@types/vscodestays at 1.137.0. Its version should followengines.vscode(^1.120.0), so that code using newer APIs doesn't compile and then fail on older VS Code versions. The installed version is already ahead of the engine, which this PR leaves as is.Testing
Passing locally:
