Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer | Autonomy Data Operations | AI Data Quality | Technical Delivery
Kigali, Rwanda
I make complex technical work understandable, measurable, and repeatable. My experience connects electronics and field systems with UAV operations, multimodal perception-data quality, simulation-data readiness, workflow automation, and cross-functional delivery.
- AI and perception data: image, video, and 3D annotation operations; quality review; guideline and taxonomy development; issue resolution and handoff.
- Data and MLOps operations: Python, SQL, Databricks, APIs, dataset validation, provenance, manifests, experiment comparisons, and operational readiness. I have operated Kubernetes jobs; I do not claim Kubernetes cluster-administrator ownership.
- Technical operations: UAV launch/recovery, systems checks, preventive and corrective maintenance, field deployment, operator support, and safe escalation.
- Automation and tools: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Google Apps Script, Sheets, Git, reporting automation, and lightweight web applications.
- People and delivery: technical coaching in a 30+ contributor operation, requirements translation, customer support, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
My professional case studies cover multimodal data quality and team operations, simulation-data readiness and evaluation, reporting automation, UAV field operations, telecommunications testing, and solar field support. The portfolio uses original summaries only. It does not publish employer-owned code, data, screenshots, internal system names, customer information, or operational specifications. - Studies Preparation — a master's funding and application planner separating deadlines, eligibility, fees, and document preparation.
- Market Evidence — a public-source compensation and employer-evidence research tool that keeps salary evidence distinct from benefits signals.
- AI Engineering Learning — an interactive self-study course with labs, checks, and portfolio evidence tasks.
- Pelé — an early research prototype for a Rwanda food-supply network, connecting demand, aggregation, preparation, distribution, and local-market assumptions.
- NuruLink Care (private prototype; no public link) — a multilingual, privacy-conscious health-information and human-referral concept. It is not a clinical service, and its referral channel is not presented as launched.
- Kagoma Contributions App — a mobile prototype exploring team contributions, expense review, and record-keeping. It is not presented as a deployed financial service.

- BSc (Hons) Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering — University of Rwanda.
- A2 technical secondary education, Computer Electronics — St. Kizito Technical High School.
- University capstone: a team-built voice-controlled wheelchair proof of concept, connecting speech input, microcontroller logic, motor control, and testing. It demonstrated basic directional movement; it was not a certified or user-ready mobility device.
- Additional study: a WorldQuant University deep-learning regression project on concrete-strength prediction, including data preparation, feature scaling, model tuning, and error analysis.
