  • Add persisted settings and localized UI for preferred Windows shells, paths, and arguments.
  • Resolve configured shells across terminal sessions, agent runtimes, plugin installation, and IPC.
  • Improve terminal launch error handling and preserve shell-specific runtime behavior.
  • Expand coverage with settings, shell detection, terminal lifecycle, and UI tests.
