urllib3 2.x incompatible with pinned requests 2.23.0

High Severity

Upgrading urllib3 to 2.6.3 breaks compatibility with the pinned requests==2.23.0 dependency on line 198. The requests library version 2.23.0 has a version constraint that excludes urllib3 2.x (requests didn't add urllib3 2.0 support until version 2.31.0). The PR's own warning message shows requests 2.23.0 requires urllib3, which is not installed indicating the dependency resolver cannot satisfy both requirements. This will cause HTTP request functionality via requests to fail at runtime.
