hud 0.1.0: a live usage HUD above the prompt (replaces buddy) - #2

A one-line glance above the prompt (heartbeat, context sparkline, plan limit meters with an even-pace mark, spend for session, today and month) that expands into Context, Limits, Cost and Turns tabs, plus a /pulse dashboard pane. Fit the glance row at every width (gap before the expand control, shorter separators below 120 columns), underline the open tab instead of a marker, move the Cost ranges atop the tab below 90 columns, align the Turns columns, and print multi-day spans as "4d 0h". The band is one row; pressing a label opens a one-row drawer with that metric's detail. Gauges are drawn per surface: colored Raster cells in the terminal (fading heartbeat, heat meters, bar and area charts, a turn timeline) and animated SVGs on desktop and VS Code (scrolling pulse with a ripple, context ring, capsule meters that slide to new values, charts that grow in). Anthropic's publishing guide recommends --strict for CI, so warnings such as an unknown manifest field fail the run. CI, CONTRIBUTING, CLAUDE.md and the release skill now all use it. The name pulse is close to another plugin's, so the unreleased plugin becomes hud (/hud), and buddy installs migrate straight to it. - Desktop: flat one-line row with lit icon tiles; charts drawn as vectors so they line up; loops start at the clock's phase so a reload never restarts them; a turn redraws once a second; a changed value glows in color. - Terminal: the same flat layout, with Claude's spinner and clay. - Fixed an invalid SVG (duplicate attribute) that broke the cost icon. - Prunes old per-session totals from the store and loads the ledger in one batch; removes dead helpers.
