docs: backfill CLAUDE.md lessons for PR #102/#103 - #105

Both were real, confirmed production incidents in the agent-loop system (the 84min cursor-agent hang and the secrets-in-if regression) but never got a §11 lesson line, despite the section's own stated rule that every corrected real error gets one. Found auditing the loop for robustness gaps after today's related idle-timeout incident.
