perf(build): future.faster 활성화로 빌드 가속 - #16

…-notion] Docusaurus 3.10에서 stable이 된 faster 빌드 인프라(@docusaurus/faster 3.10.1) 활성화. webpack→Rspack, Babel/Terser→SWC, cssnano→Lightning CSS 전환으로 ko/en 두 locale 빌드의 webpack Client compile(~70초) 단축 기대. 검증: pr-build.yml에서 GH Actions 환경의 빌드 통과 여부 확인 후 main 머지. 실패 시 faster: false 로 즉시 롤백.
옛 i18n 구조의 잔재인 docs_en/ 경로가 main에 없어 git checkout 단계에서 항상 실패. 현재 영문 번역은 i18n/en/(design 브랜치 관리)에 있고 main의 콘텐츠 디렉토리는 docs/ blog/ static/img/ 셋.

docusaurus.config.ts의future.faster: false→true@docusaurus/faster@3.10.1은 이미 설치돼 있어 패키지 변경 없음배경
현재 deploy.yml의 `npm run build`가 약 82초 (ko 42초 + en 39초 순차) 소요.
대부분 webpack Client compile에서 발생.
Docusaurus 3.10에서 stable이 된 `future.faster`를 켜면 webpack→Rspack,
Babel/Terser→SWC, cssnano→Lightning CSS, MDX cross-locale 캐시까지 활성화되어
빌드가 50~70% 단축될 것으로 기대.

GH Actions에서 SIGBUS 등 네이티브 바이너리 호환성 문제 발생 시
`future.faster: false` 로 즉시 복귀.
