Contains the task-graph layer:
delegate_graph, theOrchestrascheduler, and the workflow panel that draws a graph as it runs. Full detail is in the CHANGELOG entry and in #85.The release notes state plainly that development is paused for an indefinite period and the repository is archived, and point at
docs/PLAN-0.4.mdas the most reusable artifact for anyone picking the work back up — it records the measurements behind the decision not to build a codebase index.Version bumped to 0.5.0; CHANGELOG written. 1172 unit tests pass, typecheck clean under both tsconfigs, and the task graph was verified 18/18 in a probe against the running app.
