Reframes the ending from "archived, paused indefinitely" to what it actually is: updates have ended.
The repository has been unarchived. Nothing here is deprecated or withdrawn — the code simply stops moving, and staying open means it can still be read, cloned and forked. An archived repository reads as abandoned or unsafe, which is the wrong signal for a project that ends at a working, released state.
CHANGELOG.md— the 0.5.0 status section now says updates have ended, and points atdocs/PLAN-0.4.mdas the thing worth reading before building on this.README.md— one line under the badges. Most people never reach the changelog.Documentation only; no new tag. The 0.5.0 artifacts are unchanged, so there is nothing to re-release.
