Re-applied onto upstream main. Upstream had independently added the same per-message RcEmbedding rendering, so the merge kept both copies; this keeps upstream's block and drops the duplicate import and template block. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
