This change fixes a compilation error on modern MinGW/GCC toolchains caused by using FARPROC for ZwQuerySystemInformation. The function pointer is replaced with a properly typed definition, matching the expected signature. No exploit logic or behavior was changed. Tested by compiling with i686-w64-mingw32-gcc on Kali Linux.

This change fixes a compilation error on modern MinGW/GCC toolchains by
replacing FARPROC usage with a properly typed ZwQuerySystemInformation
function pointer.
The file now compiles cleanly with:
i686-w64-mingw32-gcc CVE-2011-1249.c -o cve20111249.exe -lws2_32
No exploit logic or runtime behavior was changed.
