Semrel releases before v0.25.4 use hyphenated asset names, while newer releases use underscores. The release workflow now accepts both naming schemes and extracts the downloaded archive without assuming a filename.
This fixes the concrete main-branch Semrel Release failures seen when the latest semrel release still used the legacy naming.
