PR Description:
This PR introduces a dynamic email script get_kbarticle_link used in KB article approval notifications.
The script generates a clickable hyperlink for the KB Article Number using the instance URL retrieved through glide.servlet.uri. This ensures recipients can directly access the article from the email, improving review efficiency and user experience.
