The source map inferred agreement from shared words and disagreement from negation, producing false and duplicate contradictions between two public essays. It now presents neutral shared-term summaries, explicitly says agreement and disagreement are unassessed, and excludes duplicate focus sources and repeated sentences.
The response shape remains compatible. No model, dependency, migration or design change.
Validation: five focused regressions, including the observed unrelated "Changes" example and rendered labels; typecheck, formatter, Biome and complexity checks.
Closes #68.
