perf: edge-cache root HTML 5 min + 60s SWR - #133

Pages' default must-revalidate caused cf-cache-status EXPIRED and a far-colo origin round trip on every request (app-health#83). Browsers still always revalidate; the edge may serve a copy for s-maxage=300 plus 60s SWR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
