* pstack: every claim carries its evidence or its label Add one bullet to the end of the Writing the reply list in the mode skill. Agents state predictions and unseen causes as fact. The bullet requires each claim to carry its evidence or its label (measured, inferred, or guess) in the same sentence, and forbids handing the human a check the agent could run. * chore(pstack): bump to 0.15.1
