Adds the SonarQube Server LTA patch releases published on 2026-11-02 to the compatibility table:

• 2026.5.4.134003 → Plugin API 14.0.0.4498
• 2026.1.8.133950 → Plugin API 13.4.3.4290

Build numbers come from today's sonar-enterprise Release workflow runs. Plugin API versions come from pluginApiVersion on the matching sonar-enterprise release branches, where it hasn't changed since the previous patches.
