Summary

Enables strict Dart analyzer settings and reinforces model nullability, types, and forward-compatible enum deserialization.

• Analyzer Strictness: Enabled strict-casts: true, strict-inference: true, and strict-raw-types: true in analysis_options.yaml.
• Diagnostics Resolution: Fixed all 90+ strict-mode compiler warnings and type issues across models, utilities, examples, and unit tests.
• Forward Compatibility: Ensured enums (CheckRunAnnotationLevel, CheckRunConclusion, ReactionType) gracefully handle unexpected or future GitHub values instead of throwing unhandled exceptions.
• Model Cleanups: Corrected parameter types and nullability in CheckRun, CheckSuite, CheckRunAnnotation, LanguageBreakdown, and RateLimit.
